Learn More: [please apply online] The Sales Enablement Highspot Specialist will support the sales enablement organization technology needs, including the administrative management of Highspot. They will provide primary support for the portfolio of assets within our sales asset management tool.

  • Function as the main point of contact for supporting the marketing and sales organization(s) for uploading, updating, and creating new content within Highspot.
  • Assist in the creation and deployment of training materials related to Highspot.
  • Support pulling content and usage reports within the tool on a regular basis providing qualitative and quantitative analysis on ad-hoc basis.
  • Manage Highspot profiles and access
  • Identify areas of improvement and recommend changes, as needed
  • Create and maintain proper training materials and business documentation.
  • Act as a backup to the Sales Enablement Program Coordinator

  • Highspot experience preferred
  • Experience with sales technology platforms (i.e., sales enablement tools and learning management systems) or related Customer focused platforms is a plus.
  • Webpage layout design experience is a plus
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple departments to ensure Highspot content is relevant and easy to access.
  • Exhibit excellent teamwork and ability to collaborate with cross functional team members.
  • Ability to learn quickly, independently and problem solve.
  • Ability to organize time effectively, determine priorities, and move work forward independently.

  • A bachelor's degree and 1 year of professional work experience (or equivalent experience) is required.
  • Visa sponsorship will not be provided for this position.
  • Candidates for this position must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer without restriction.
